MedSquadrons is a Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) that brings a hospital's daily operations onto a single platform. Reception, doctors, nurses, the laboratory, the pharmacy and billing all work from the same record, so every patient has one history and every team works from the same truth.
The objective was to build a secure, multi-hospital system that follows the patient's real journey — from registration to discharge and the final bill — with strict role-based access and a full audit trail of who did what, and who looked at whom.

The primary goal was to give hospitals one secure system for the whole patient journey, where each department sees exactly what it needs and patient data stays private, accurate and scoped to its own hospital.
Challenges

- Pharmacy stock, batches and expiry managed separately from prescriptions
